Doc Green’s Catering is ideal for a variety of events and budgets. Salads and sandwiches are offered in a clean and simple presentation with gourmet ingredients that stay fresh through a long event, and allow each guest to customize their meal. Alternatively, entrée stations with freshly carved meats and sides provide a broader catered experience with a variety fantastic flavors and choices.

    choose greens, toppings and dressings as well as any meats

  2. World Famous Salad Platters

    any signature salad can be made upon request

  3. Salad Bowl

    includes a World Famous Salad and a cookie

  4. Sandwich Bar

    includes flatbread, vegetables, an assortment of meats and cheeses and your choice of two spreads

  5. Sandwich or Wrap Box

    includes one of Doc’s Panini Sandwiches, pickle spear, cookie and choice of chips or pretzels

  6. Sandwich or Wrap Platter

    includes an assortment of sandwiches, wraps or a combination of the two with chips and cookies

    includes choice of meat and two sides
