Our World Famous Salads represent hours of trial and error by people who take the subject very seriously! Finding the perfect combination of fresh greens, fresh veggies, meats, fish and fruits—drizzled with your favorite dressing—is no easy task, but certainly worth the effort.

    Crisp romaine tossed with parmesan cheese, seasoned croutons and Caesar dressing (Recommended with grilled chicken)

  2. Dr. Asian Sesame

    Crisp romaine lettuce, mandarin oranges, almonds, crispy noodles, cucumbers, tomatoes and asian sesame dressing (Recommended with grilled chicken)

  3. Dr. Rosen Rosen

    Crisp romaine lettuce, bleu cheese crumbles, bacon, egg, tomato, cucumbers and ranch dressing (Recommended with crispy chicken tenders)

  4. Dr. Greek

    Crisp romaine lettuce, vine ripe tomatoes, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, pepperoncinni, black olives, cucumbers, red onion and athenian greek dressing (Recommended with grilled chicken)

  5. Dr. Beeks

    Field greens tossed with cranraisins, feta cheese, candied walnuts and raspberry vinaigrette (Recommended with grilled chicken)

  6. Dr. Detroit

    Baby spinach tossed with roasted button mushrooms, bacon, sliced egg, and chunky bleu cheese dressing (Recommended with grilled sirloin steak)

  7. Dr. Fruity

    Spinach, cranraisins, sliced almonds, grapes, oranges and raspberry vinaigrette (Recommended with grilled chicken)

    Grilled chicken, roasted turkey, crispy chicken tenders, oven baked ham, grilled portabello, poached salmon (chilled) or grilled sirloin steak (medium rare)

    Buffalo Chicken - Crisp romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, red onion, buffalo tenders and ranch dressing

    Field greens, grilled zucchini & yellow squash, grilled portabella mushrooms, roasted red peppers, red onion, avocados, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing

    This menu item truly defines "healthy as you wanna be": you choose everything. Five toppings is a good place to start, but select as many as you like. Add one of our freshly cooked meats, a portabella cap, or chilled poached salmon, and then add a dressing of your choice to tie the flavors together and top off your custom masterpiece.
